i stayed in this exceptionally comfortable hotel for 3 days, had really really nice experience, greatly enjoyed its favourable location just next door to the centre of florence, the main square and the buses arrive and depart. the staff were nice and really friendly, ready to any request. everything was simply perfect.

Everything was perfect, and it had fast wi-fi. We got double room and greatly enjoyed it. The vibe here was quiet.

The hotel was very clean and the maid even organized our stuff. It was the best place we stayed in Italy by far. The employees were helpful in recommending what to see and it was close enough to walk to the train station with our luggage. All in all a wonderful experience!

The house keeping is excellent - the furnitures and facilities are very old actually but she keeps it clean. Staff is helpful too.

Location...yes it takes you around 15 mins from train station by walking but its in the historical centre is in the opposit direction from the station. That means it takes you at least 25 mins from the hotel to the historical centre by walking.

I loved the staff and found them to be so kind and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean and our bathroom was so luxurious in comparison to other hostels that I have stayed in -- adored the heated towel racks! Would definitely recommend this to others.

I loved it and it really was much better than I had expected, especially for the reasonable price. The only downfall is that it was kind of a hike from the main part of Florence (I would guess about 2+ miles from the Duomo). Worth it if you're willing to do some extra walking.

The family-run property went above and beyond to help us arrange exciting excursions to nearby towns such as Pisa, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, and the Chianti region. The staff was friendly and provided us with personalized recommendations and tips to make the most of our family trip in Florence. With a tour desk conveniently located on the premises, we were able to easily plan our daily adventures. It was a delight to have this level of support and guidance during our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the property had a small play area or games room for the children.
